Future Flora will accept returns on faulty, damaged Return Policy

At Future Flora, we take great pride in the quality and sustainability of our products. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we strive to make this process as straightforward as possible.

Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy applies to items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If your flowers arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or altered.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence to assist in processing your return efficiently.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please note that as we focus on sustainable, perishable products, certain criteria must be met for refunds. If your order is a custom arrangement or made to order, these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
